Two load binders and short tie down chains. Capacity is 8,000 for the small one, bigger one says 18,200.
These were made before the cheap imported stuff we get today and have been hanging in my shed for 30 years.
Not sure what they are worth but $75 sounded good to me. make a reasonable offer
